On the day of arrival you can use your tiny house and wellness from 3:00 pm. Check-in time is until 7:00 pm, unless otherwise agreed upon. Check-out time is before 10:00 am. At 10:00 we have to start cleaning. Any additional late check out is before 12:00. At 12:00 we have to start cleaning. Any additional booked early check in is after 13:00. Before 13:00 we are still cleaning. There is no refund for early departure.
5. Well-being & Wellness The first aid kit is located at the cupboard in the kitchen or bathroom in both tiny houses. Damage to the wellness is the responsibility of the guest. To prevent damage, we ask you to read our handout. This is located in the cottages and is sent with the booking confirmation. Please note that use of the wellness is €60 per day, payable on site or via the booking module on the website. Please note: use of the wellness is € 100,- per 2 days (=discount), payable on site or via the booking module on the website. Sauna & hot tub always book together, it is up to you whether you use both or only one. When using the wellness the instructions need to be followed to avoid damage (always check if there is water above the upper white inlet, cover the hot tub after use or if you are going to do something else in between to save energy, always turn off the hot tub in the evening to avoid wasting fuel and noise pollution because of the starting of the combustion engine, set the hot tub temperature to 10 guesses after use in case of frost and do not turn off the hot tub then) The use of the wellness is at your own risk. You can use the wellness (sauna, hot tub) between 9 a.m. and 11 p.m. to avoid disturbing nature, our animals and be kind to our neighbors.
Noise & nuisance & damage Use of (hard) drugs is not allowed. Excessive noise should be avoided, therefore we kindly ask you not to play music outside. Third party use of the tiny house or wellness is not allowed. No visitors are allowed. No parties are allowed. The use of your own candles in the tiny houses is not allowed due to fire hazard. Please feel free to use our candles in the candlestick provided and blow out the candles when you leave or start using the wellness. You are not allowed to bring your own firewood; this is available for purchase from us. Please use our containers for garbage and do not leave garbage outside due to animals such as foxes spreading it in the garden. Books and brochures are for perusal only and cannot be taken. Klein Knorrestein must be kept clean and tidy. Pets are not allowed. Smoking is not allowed except outside using ashtray. The round window of the Wrap House must ALWAYS be open to provide good and safe air circulation for the wood stove. It is expressly forbidden to use anything other than the eco fire logs, matches and firelighters provided by us in the stove due to the risk of (chimney) fire. So also no leftover paper, cardboard, gathered wood, gasoline etc. It is forbidden to place goods (clothing, towels, empty pans, bags, etc.) on, against or near the stove (Wrap House) and electric radiators (Iglucraft) DANGER OF FIRE It is strictly forbidden to use chemicals in the cottages such as cleaning products, hair dye, (hand) detergents, non-organic shower gel & shampoo. This will damage our ecological wastewater filter beyond repair. It is not allowed to flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilet (So also no food waste, soup, condoms, kitchen paper, tampons, sanitary towels, cotton swabs etc), as this cannot or should not be broken down in our ecological wastewater filter. The same goes for the shower and kitchen sink: only water, and our ecological detergent, shampoo and/or shower gel can be flushed.
